Well we did alright. Not as well as we could have played though. We had nearly every penalty in the book called on us. The sweetwater paper kinda bashed us a little, but you know with this next week of practice we'll give them something to write about this friday.

Yeah I read (and posted the highly negative) article from the reporter.
sounded bad, but I know how that stuff goes. scrimmages don't mean much. but this friday is different. work hard this week to correct whatever mistakes were made and let's be at 100% friday.
so who should I watch this week? who are their go to guys?

From what I've heard they've got a pretty big tackle. Other than that I haven't heard anything.

Lorenzo will be a challenge for Cole but last time I checked, Lorenzo wasn't preseason all-state like our center.

Cole, I did want to say good game last week. I was really impressed with how hard you fought, play after play I noticed you giving it everything you could, and I am really proud, I think you are going to be a great leader this year. Keep pushing, and good things will happen.

Well yall know what time it is in Sweetwater...Preseason football and this year is gona be different!!! We got alot more kids dedicated and this year is for the one's who want to go to the playoffs and us seniors know we want to, so when august 27th comes its time to strap up the pads and get out first win against the vernon lions..!!!
