how did practice go today?

What are we looking for in Lakeview? who are their playmakers? what is their gameplan?

what is out gameplan this week? what have coaches been concentrating on the most?

Today practice was very intense, long, loud and all about getting each other mad
on defensive and offensive side we worked mostly on pass rush and pass blocking
at the same time it was very crazy, the coaches were all about us getting crazy, mad
and ready to run over the man in front of you.

i dont know very much about lakeview all we were told today that they will be running
a similar if not the same defensive line up

as far as today goes we watched film and notice that we need to be working on
pass rushing, getting off blocks, not getting cut, and our pass
coverage so far that was the main
thing. the line has been working on, i can only speak for the linemen i dont know what
the secondary or the running backs are working on

I'm looking for a Hit of the week. every week.
I will be having a contest every week. Beginning this Thursday ending the following Tuesday at Noon. reoccurring weekly.
Here's the deal. Offense or Defense, it could be a tackle or a block, or even a ballcarrier laying the wood on a tackler all it has to be is a clean hit. no penalties and I need proof. if I don't see it somehow it don't count, either on my camera or someone elses (You can record it during film with your phones and text it to me or whatever) This is for anyone Pee-Wee - Varsity

The winner every week will receive a prize depending on the quality of the video and the availability for pictures. (Prize examples include a showcase on the next weeks video, or their own video. also I am planning on making Headhunter football cards)

I am the ultimate judge although I will listen to eveyone's opinions

Colton Belew had a couple of really good hits in the JV game against Vernon last Thursday at the bowl. I have them in video clip that I have already posted. But he is definitley a hitting machine!!

but then again, foxy's hit was sick. but sam ha,, well I like to think of sam as a young addrenaline injected bobcat that's been locked in a cage while kids torment him for three and a half years.. the dude does that just for the fun of it.

Yeah Sam has something about him you can tell he just wants to hit someone. I like that about him.

I watched the video where his helmet came off and he came down and head-butted (that can't be the right usage of that word) the other guy's helmet and he just rubbed it and got up and kept going... dude's awesome

So what do you guys think of these Headhunter videos?
I like my logo. turned out pretty well for me to throw it together in a couple minutes. Can't take all the credit cause I used stock images, but it meshed well in my opinion

if I get any good shots I have football cards that will go with the vids. that Honestly if you haven't thoughtabout trying to participate in this contest I recommend it now. it's a blacked out card with the headhunter logo and your name and number with a picture on it

i love the whole headhunter idea and the vids
great way for us to get involved

i thought about taking my camera to film to record
a big hit but the only thing about that is idk how
coach slaughter would react to me trying to record
during film.. (not big on getting in trouble haha)

but i have family in the stands with cameras and if
they catch anything i will tell you about and you can help
me get it on here lol

yeah if it can get you in trouble don't do the whole recording a hit from film thing.
if you have someone who records a hit I can help you get it on here no problem. I recommend using Megaupload that way I can download it and edit it without losing any quality

Yes that was an amazing block. He asked if i saw it and i said no i was running the ball but that would definitely qualify for a headhunter.
